She has a natural affinity for the Germanic repertoire of Wagner & Strauss, as well as being an ardent performer and advocate of Czech, Russian, & Polish repertoire.

Michelle completed her postgraduate studies at the Royal Northern College of Music's world-renowned School of Vocal Studies and Opera in Manchester, England. She is an alumna of the San Diego Opera's Apprentice Artists program.
